Refund policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction here at Racer Tees. If for any reason, you are not happy with our product or service, we are more than willing to make an exchange or issue store credit.
If you have purchased an item from RacerTees.com, you may exchange it for a different color, size or item of equal or lesser value, or store credit in the amount of your purchase. You have 7 days from the time your order is delivered to return the item(s) for exchange or store credit.
Prior to returning the item(s) you must contact us by email at team@racertees.com and wait for a confirmation.
Item(s) purchased at regular price may not be exchanged for items at the sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued on any item(s) purchased from racertees.com at regular or sale prices. We will exchange items or issue store credit only.
Vinyl Graphic orders are non-refundable.
Return and Exchanges
When shipping your item(s) back to our facility, please include:
»Copy of the original invoice or packing slip
»Print out of the correspondence regarding your return/exchange
»Write your order number on the outside of the package
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them or they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All exchanges are dependent on current inventory and condition of the returned product upon inspection. If we do not have the item you desire available at the time of return, we can issue you a store credit. If the exchanged item(s) is of lesser value then store credit will be issued for the difference.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item for return/exchange back to Racer Tees, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the cancellation of the exchange and store credit will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your return/exchange is received to be processed.
All exchanges are to be shipped via trackable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; Please hang on to the tracking number for your records and proof of delivery):

*If you require return or exchange as a result of our own error, such as an incorrect size or item, we will ship the exchange and provide the return postage at our cost.
No Exchanges will be eligible on significantly discounted items including but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and items displayed with the “Sale” badge. We recommend that you contact us prior to ordering to inquire about return/exchange eligibility of certain items.
Racer Tees reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges from orders made on items purchased at a discounted price. These Sales are Final.
