Shipping policy
Order Processing
Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be processed after it is placed on our website. During busy times of year this could take longer. All orders should receive an order confirmation via email after completion of the order. Shipping notifications will follow after your order is processed containing your tracking numbers. Sometimes our emails can be labeled as spam or junk by your email provider. Please make sure to add lee@racertees.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our notifications as this is out of our control. All of your order status information can also be found on our website under “My Account” if you registered with us when placing your order.
*If you have not received a tracking number, but received a confirmation that your order was shipped, please contact team@racertees.com for any questions.
Delivery Options
We ship all of our outgoing domestic orders via UPS Ground. You will be provided a tracking number with all of your orders. International orders will ship via USPS.
Racer Tees is not responsible for misdeliveries. If you entered the incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can process any changes you may need to make before shipping your order. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or possibly sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for re-shipping your order via a payment request email sent to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable after your order leaves our location.
International Orders
USPS Priority International. 6-10 days from the time of shipment depending on your location.
USPS First Class International. Shipping time varies by destination.
*International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges must be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may be incurred with the authorities of the destination country. Racer Tees is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Carrier or Customs.
**Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
Shipping times are estimated. Orders may arrive before or after the estimated time frames. Racer Tees is not responsible for any delays that may occur. All grievances are the responsibility of the customer and must be handled with the carrier directly.
Orders Placed During Sales, Holidays, or Other High Volume Times
Special circumstances such as promotions, sales, or national holidays, may delay order processing times. We will do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible, but please allow for a little more time during these circumstances. Transit times may also be affected during these times. Please keep this in mind when ordering. (Included, but not limited to: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)

Mail Theft, Lost, Tampered, and Returned Packages
Please check your tracking number periodically to quickly spot ant potential errors or issues with the delivery of your order. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email team@racertees.com to request one. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by the carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Our shipping system is automated and ships your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. Orders that are returned to us for any reason are subject to reshipment fees for the order to be shipped to you a second time. If a customer chooses to cancel their order on returned shipments, all refunds will be in the form of Store Credit less the amount of shipping paid. In instances where the orders contain “Free Shipping” the cost of the shipment will be forfeited.
